Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end new hire onboarding process, including coordination of orientations and completion of employment paperwork.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS and ATS systems, ensuring full compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including open enrollment, leave of absence requests, and wellness initiatives.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for hiring managers and candidates, providing a world-class candidate experience.
- Support the HR Manager with payroll processing, attendance tracking, and policy communication.
- Act as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR coordination, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on confidentiality and discretion.
- Familiarity with Washington state labor laws and employment regulations.
- A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
