Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding for 50+ employees monthly
- Maintain and update HRIS records with 99% accuracy for employee data, benefits, and compliance documentation
- Coordinate employee relations activities including conflict resolution, recognition programs, and engagement surveys
- Assist in developing HR policies aligned with federal and Oregon state labor regulations
- Support benefits administration including enrollment, claims coordination, and wellness program execution
- Generate HR analytics reports for leadership on turnover, recruitment metrics, and training effectiveness
- Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning and talent development initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 0-2 years of HR or administrative experience with strong preference for recent graduates
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR experience a plus)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Strong organizational abilities with demonstrated project management experience
- Knowledge of Oregon employment laws and HR compliance requirements
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
- Proactive problem-solving skills with customer service mindset
