Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
- Manage onboarding programs for new hires including documentation and orientation scheduling
- Maintain HRIS databases (Workday proficiency preferred) with accurate employee records
- Assist with employee relations initiatives including policy updates and conflict resolution
- Coordinate HR compliance documentation including I-9s, background checks, and performance reviews
- Support benefits administration including enrollment and claims assistance
- Generate HR reports for leadership analytics and workforce planning
- Collaborate with payroll department on timekeeping and compensation adjustments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (training provided)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder interactions
- Basic knowledge of federal/state employment regulations (training provided)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
- Proactive problem-solving approach with collaborative mindset
