Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records in HRIS systems
- Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and open enrollment periods
- Organize company events and employee engagement initiatives
- Assist with HR reporting and data analysis for decision-making
- Support HR projects and process improvements as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- No prior HR experience required - we train the right candidates!
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
- Valid Texas driver's license (if occasional off-site duties required)
