The Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate HR Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
- Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system (Workday) and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Support payroll processing by gathering timecards and addressing employee inquiries.
- Coordinate HR events, training sessions, and employee recognition programs.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations questions and internal communications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator or generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software (Workday experience is a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience with recruitment coordination and employee onboarding is highly desirable.
