Responsibilities
- Employee Relations Support: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the new hire onboarding process.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, both electronic and physical, ensuring strict confidentiality.
- Benefits Administration: Support the open enrollment process, assist employees with benefits questions, and process enrollment changes.
- HR Operations: Process employment verifications, workers' compensation claims, and other HR-related documentation in a timely manner.
- Compliance & Reporting: Help ensure the company remains compliant with federal and state labor laws by maintaining necessary records and filing required reports.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience is accepted.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator or administrative support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with Arizona labor laws and employment best practices.
