Responsibilities
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records and employee files in compliance with federal and state regulations (EEOC, FLSA).
- Assist with payroll processing, timekeeping audits, and benefits administration.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, orientations, and company training sessions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and HRIS systems.
- Support HR initiatives, including performance reviews, policy updates, and employee engagement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR coordination or generalist role.
- Proficiency with HRIS software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, ADP) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
