Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer management
  • Administer comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure seamless new hire integration and positive first impressions
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems while ensuring compliance with EEO and labor regulations
  • Coordinate employee benefits administration, enrollment periods, and wellness initiatives
  • Facilitate employee relations through conflict resolution, exit interviews, and performance documentation
  • Develop and implement HR policies, training programs, and engagement activities
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for leadership decision-making

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
