What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Manage employee records in our HRIS, maintaining accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Assist with payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and leave of absence requests.
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries via phone and email.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and company-wide events.
Who You Are:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in HR coordination or administrative support.
- Strong proficiency with HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on confidentiality and professionalism.
- A passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and paperwork.
- Update and maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Organize and promote employee engagement activities and company events.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
- Experience with HRIS systems is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
