Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with CO labor laws
- Develop and maintain HRIS databases for accurate record-keeping
- Coordinate training initiatives and performance management systems
- Handle employee relations inquiries and conflict resolution
- Prepare HR documentation including contracts, policies, and reports
- Support HR projects including compensation analysis and employee engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of HR coordination experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
- SHRM-CP certification or equivalent HR credentials
- Strong knowledge of Colorado employment regulations
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience coordinating remote and hybrid workforce initiatives
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
