- Execute onboarding programs for new hires with personalized orientation experiences
- Manage employee lifecycle documentation in HRIS systems with 99% accuracy
- Coordinate benefits administration, open enrollments, and wellness initiatives
- Support HR compliance audits and maintain regulatory documentation
- Develop and implement employee engagement activities and recognition programs
- Collaborate with department heads on talent development and succession planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of HR coordination experience with demonstrated results
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
- PHR/SPHR certification or SHRM-SCP highly desirable
