Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with ERISA regulations
- Coordinate HRIS data entry and system maintenance for accurate records
- Facilitate new hire orientation and training programs
- Handle employee relations matters with confidentiality and professionalism
- Assist in developing HR policies aligned with Pennsylvania labor laws
- Generate HR analytics reports for leadership decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- 2+ years of HR coordination experience
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
- PHR/SPHR certification or SHRM-CP strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal and PA state employment laws
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
