Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, sourcing, and interview coordination
- Onboard new hires with comprehensive orientation programs and documentation
- Administer employee benefits enrollment and serve as primary benefits liaison
- Maintain HRIS databases with 100% accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate performance review cycles and training initiatives
- Handle HR compliance documentation and reporting requirements
- Support employee relations inquiries with discretion and empathy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required
- 2+ years HR coordination or generalist experience
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday/BambooHR preferred)
- SHRM-CP certification or equivalent HR credentials
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of Wisconsin state labor regulations
