Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, including job postings, interviews, and background checks
- Administer employee benefits programs, enrollments, and annual open enrollment processes
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate compliance reports for federal/state regulations
- Coordinate employee relations initiatives including performance reviews, recognition programs, and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement onboarding materials to enhance new hire integration and retention
- Support HR projects including policy updates, training rollouts, and process improvements
- Act as primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive HR coordination or generalist experience
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal and Ohio employment laws (FLSA, FLSA, ADA)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder management experience
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Experience with recruitment metrics and data-driven HR decision making
