Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding for diverse departmental needs
  • Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with ERISA and ACA regulations
  • Coordinate HRIS data management, generating analytics for leadership decision-making
