Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
- Assist with onboarding new hires, preparing employment documents, and conducting orientation sessions
- Manage employee records in HRIS systems and ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate HR administrative tasks including benefits enrollment, leave requests, and policy updates
- Assist in employee relations matters by addressing inquiries and maintaining confidential records
- Support HR compliance initiatives including record-keeping and regulatory reporting
- Collaborate with department managers on staffing needs and performance documentation
- Participate in HR projects including process improvements and employee engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 0-2 years of HR internship or administrative experience preferred
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic knowledge of HR compliance regulations (EEO, FMLA, etc.)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Proactive problem-solving approach and willingness to learn new systems
