What You Will Do:
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within our HRIS system.
- Coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding activities to ensure a seamless transition for new team members.
- Support payroll processing and assist with benefits administration and compliance.
- Handle confidential employee inquiries with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare HR-related reports, memos, and documentation as requested by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the field of Human Resources.
