Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon their arrival.
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person with accuracy and patience.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockrooms.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to listen actively.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
