Responsibilities
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Customer Service: Greet clients warmly, answer inquiries about banking products, and resolve account issues efficiently.
- Account Management: Assist in opening new accounts and maintaining existing customer records with precision.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with teller leads and branch managers to ensure branch operations run smoothly.
- Compliance: Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and internal policies.
- Financial Literacy: Educate customers on our various financial products and services to help them grow their wealth.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred but not required for our trainee program.
- Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technology: Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software.
- Character: Trustworthy, professional, and eager to learn.
