Responsibilities
- Master cash handling procedures, deposits, withdrawals, and transaction processing
- Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries
- Learn and implement banking compliance regulations (Regulations CC, EFTA, etc.)
- Assist with cross-selling bank products and services under mentorship
- Process loan payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Contribute to branch security protocols and fraud prevention measures
- Participate in ongoing training modules to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
