Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients while resolving account inquiries and concerns
- Sell bank products and services (checking accounts, loans, credit cards) to meet monthly targets
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and daily transaction reports at shift end
- Participate in ongoing training programs to master banking systems and procedures
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred)
- Strong mathematical aptitude with ability to handle cash transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn banking software
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
