Responsibilities
- Master cash handling, transaction processing, and account services during structured training
- Deliver exceptional customer service while learning compliance protocols and fraud prevention
- Assist clients with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and basic account inquiries
- Process loan payments and resolve customer discrepancies under mentorship
- Participate in branch operations including vault duties and end-of-day reconciliation
- Complete mandatory training modules and certification requirements
- Shadow senior tellers to learn complex transactions and relationship-building
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 6 months customer service or cash handling experience
- Basic math aptitude and attention to detail with financial transactions
- Proficiency in English; bilingual Spanish skills highly valued
- Ability to pass background check and FINRA Series 6 licensing
- Strong communication skills with professional demeanor
- Willingness to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Commitment to 12-week training program completion
