Responsibilities
- Master cash handling procedures, transaction processing, and account management under expert supervision
- Deliver exceptional customer service while accurately processing deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Learn and apply banking regulations, security protocols, and anti-fraud measures
- Develop skills in cross-selling bank products and identifying customer needs
- Maintain precise transaction records and reconcile daily cash drawers
- Participate in branch promotions and community outreach initiatives
- Complete all training modules with 95%+ accuracy assessment scores
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience in retail or hospitality
- Proficiency in basic arithmetic and 10-key calculator operations
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual required)
- Ability to pass background check and FINRA Series 6 pre-licensing exam
- Professional demeanor with attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
- Flexible availability including weekends and occasional holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license for potential branch rotation assignments
