Responsibilities
- Process Transactions: Accurately handle daily cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account balances.
- Account Management: Assist in opening new accounts and performing routine account maintenance tasks.
- Security & Compliance: Adhere to all banking regulations and internal security protocols to prevent fraud.
- Cash Balancing: Perform end-of-day cash reconciliations and ensure the vault is secure and accurate.
- Product Promotion: Educate customers on our loan and savings products to help them achieve financial goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous customer service or cash-handling experience is preferred but not required for our Trainee program.
- Skills: Strong basic math skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
