Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service while processing transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers)
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate financial records
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products/services
- Operate digital banking platforms and assist with online/mobile services
