Our 6-month paid training program combines classroom instruction with hands-on experience at our flagship downtown branch. You'll master customer service, transaction processing, and compliance protocols while building relationships with high-net-worth clients.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with 100% accuracy and efficiency
- Build and maintain client relationships through exceptional service
- Adhere to banking regulations and security protocols
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues
- Balance cash drawers and maintain daily transaction records
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve service goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years of customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency with banking software and MS Office
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash
- Pass background check and credit verification
- Must be available for weekday training (9AM-5PM)
