Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 99.9% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional service resolving account inquiries and cross-selling bank products
- Adhere to strict regulatory compliance (AML, BSA, security protocols)
- Operate core banking systems and digital transaction platforms
- Balance cash drawers and maintain precise transaction records
- Participate in weekly training modules and performance assessments
- Support branch operations during peak hours and special events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Proficiency with basic MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical aptitude
- Excellent communication skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
