Responsibilities
- Execute secure cash handling transactions with 99.9% accuracy while maintaining regulatory compliance
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized financial consultations and product recommendations
- Process complex transactions including wire transfers, foreign exchanges, and merchant services
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities for premium banking products and investment services
- Maintain meticulous branch operations documentation and audit trail management
- Collaborate with commercial banking teams on high-value client relationship building
- Participate in quarterly branch revenue optimization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in high-volume transaction environments
- FINRA Series 6/63 certification support provided upon hire
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain composure during peak transaction periods
- Spanish bilingual proficiency strongly preferred
- Valid California driver's license and clean background check
