Responsibilities
- Process complex financial transactions with 99.9% accuracy while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
- Build and nurture high-net-worth client relationships through personalized financial guidance
- Execute advanced cash management procedures including vault balancing and fraud detection
- Master proprietary banking software and digital platform operations within 30 days
- Achieve monthly cross-selling targets for premium banking products and services
- Adhere to strict regulatory compliance protocols (BSA, AML, Reg E)
- Mentor junior tellers during peak transaction periods
- Participate in quarterly branch performance reviews and strategic planning sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience with cash handling responsibilities
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in previous roles
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite
- FINRA Series 6/63 or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid Missouri driver's license and clean background check
