Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with 100% accuracy while maintaining security protocols
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service

- Conduct account openings and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Adhere to all federal banking regulations and anti-fraud procedures
- Participate in daily branch operations and cash management duties

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a high-volume setting
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to pass background check and FINRA Series 6 exam
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software systems
- Exceptional communication skills and professional demeanor
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Previous cash handling experience highly desirable
