- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences exceeding satisfaction metrics

Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Finance/Business or equivalent experience
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite
- FINRA Series 6/63 certification within 90 days of hire
- Exceptional mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays
- Clean credit history and background check required
