Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning tech trends with business goals.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives to evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) and assess their feasibility for integration.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor global tech landscapes to identify competitive advantages and potential market disruptions.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee budgeting for future tech projects and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a team of technology strategists and futurists.
- Implementation Oversight: Ensure the successful piloting and scaling of innovative technologies within the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a strategic role within the technology sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Tech Acumen: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI, Machine Learning, and digital transformation trends relevant to 2026.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of developing long-term strategies that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Strong project management skills with a history of leading cross-functional teams.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic planning certifications are a plus.
