- Research & Development Leadership: Oversee a dedicated R&D division, fostering a culture of experimentation, agility, and rapid prototyping.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary evangelist for the future vision, translating complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, board members, and partners.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses into emerging markets and competitor movements to identify white-space opportunities for disruption.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategic management, R&D, or high-tech innovation, with at least 5 years in a C-suite or executive capacity.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of successfully leading transformative projects from concept to market launch.
