Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Create a comprehensive strategic vision and technical roadmap for AI adoption, focusing on Generative AI, LLMs, and predictive analytics.
- Lead Innovation: Identify emerging AI trends and technologies to integrate into our core product suite, ensuring a competitive edge.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of AI researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product managers to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Architecture & Scalability: Oversee the design and implementation of scalable AI infrastructure and data pipelines.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce guidelines for ethical AI development, ensuring compliance and responsible deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Deep Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of driving technology strategy and leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
