Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives in human augmentation, climate tech, and decentralized systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align future-proof strategies with business objectives
- Present visionary frameworks to investors, board members, and industry coalitions
- Build and lead a multidisciplinary team of futurists, engineers, and data scientists
- Author thought leadership publications on technology's societal impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurism at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products (3+ major innovations)
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Deep knowledge of AI ethics, sustainable tech, and human-computer interaction
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published futurist research or patented technologies
