Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market forecasts and organizational goals
- Lead scenario planning workshops to identify disruptive threats and opportunities post-2025
- Conduct frontier technology audits across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Design human-centered adoption frameworks for emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and industry consortiums
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and agile futures methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications on technological singularity preparation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 2025+ roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Experience scaling tech innovations from prototype to enterprise-level deployment
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and governance frameworks for advanced AI
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful technology transformation initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
