Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum computing, neural interfaces, and bio-digital convergence projects
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on future market scenarios
- Establish partnerships with research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) for collaborative R&D
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems deployment
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy or futurism with 5+ in C-suite roles
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technologies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- PhD in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
