As a key member of our R&D division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global tech partners to develop strategic roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech ecosystems. You'll lead workshops that challenge conventional thinking and inspire cross-functional teams to build the future, today.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech) and forecast market impacts through 2035
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating next-gen innovations into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Author white papers and thought leadership on technology disruption scenarios
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify disruptive startups for acquisition
- Advose C-suite on ethical implications and risk mitigation for emerging technologies
- Represent the company at global tech foresight conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of publishing future trend analyses in peer-reviewed journals
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI development, and climate tech
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPC, CFS)
- Experience working with global tech ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
