- Author strategic whitepapers and market positioning documents for emerging technologies
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Represent NextGen at global tech conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists and build a future-focused innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record anticipating tech trends (demonstrated via published work or patents)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with horizon scanning, futures research methodologies, and scenario planning
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
