Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align R&D, product, and business strategy

- Produce annual innovation white papers for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate emerging startups
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical and climate disruption scenarios
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of publishing foresight research or thought leadership
- Experience with scenario planning tools and predictive modeling
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
