Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic foresight effectiveness
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
- Produce annual technology trend reports and whitepapers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of predicting tech trends with documented impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and futures research methodologies
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience with C-suite strategic planning processes
- Published thought leadership in tech or futurism publications
