Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Foresight
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record forecasting market disruptions (e.g., Gartner Magic Quadrant contributor)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP or similar)
- Published research on exponential technologies (IEEE, ACM, or equivalent)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
