Responsibilities

- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on emerging tech opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for future tech incubation
- Author thought leadership papers on the societal impact of 2026 technological shifts
- Advise product teams on integrating emerging technologies into existing platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AGI, or neurotech
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented accuracy
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and technology impact assessments
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or tech strategy implementations
- Strong network within Silicon Valley research institutions and tech incubators
