Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) to forecast industry shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future trends into corporate strategy
- Lead cross-functional workshops on disruptive technology adoption
- Author thought leadership reports on technological convergence
- Identify and evaluate early-stage investment opportunities
- Advise R&D teams on future-proof product development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends (2018-2023)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong data analysis and predictive modeling skills
- Exceptional communication for executive audiences
