Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, geopolitics, and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic frameworks for clients navigating AI disruption, quantum computing adoption, and climate resilience
- Present executive-level foresight briefings to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage a global network of industry experts, academics, and innovation pioneers
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future workforce models and ethical tech governance
- Design immersive scenario-planning workshops for executive teams
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive modeling and systems thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Published author or recognized authority on 2026+ trend analysis
- Deep expertise in AI governance, biotech convergence, or sustainable futures
- Proven track record of executive-level scenario planning implementation
- Experience with predictive modeling tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into business strategy
