- Build predictive models to forecast industry evolution and competitive landscape shifts
- Author forward-looking thought leadership publications and internal strategic briefings
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or consulting with proven 5+ year forecasting accuracy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Data Science, or related field
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency with predictive analytics tools (Python, R, Tableau) and trend visualization platforms
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic transformations
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, technological, and socioeconomic megatrends
