Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, emerging technologies, and socioeconomic shifts to identify strategic opportunities and threats through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive briefings for C-suite executives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate future-focused innovation pipelines
- Maintain proprietary foresight database using proprietary AI trend-synthesis algorithms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation roles with demonstrated trend analysis experience
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with executive presentation experience
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ published trend forecasts or strategic foresight projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) highly desirable
