Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Vision Roadmap, identifying convergence points between AI, biotech, and sustainable energy
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align strategic priorities with emerging tech trends
- Produce quarterly horizon-scanning reports analyzing disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Design ethical frameworks for deploying advanced AI and neurotech solutions
- Present future scenarios to investors and board members with data-driven risk assessments
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight, tech innovation, or corporate R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, and climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Published research in peer-reviewed futurist journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in futures research tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, scenario planning)
- Experience working with global regulatory bodies on tech policy frameworks
