Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for strategic decision-making under uncertainty

- Author thought leadership reports on emerging market opportunities and risks
- Advise executive leadership on long-term innovation roadmaps and investments
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable business strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Experience presenting at industry conferences or publishing futurist content
- Proficiency in data visualization tools and foresight methodologies
