Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for key industry verticals
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and disruptors with 3-5 year impact
- Design scenario-planning models for geopolitical, economic, and technological uncertainties
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce strategic white papers and executive briefings on long-term market evolution
- Establish KPI frameworks to track innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Adv executive leadership on portfolio realignment based on future-state projections
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven future-planning track record
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight publications
- Proficient in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and strategic modeling software
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable insights
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year strategic foresight implementations
